In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting, filling positions, and team development as well as building a long term strategy to find specialists and future leaders for Atlas Aerospace.
Manage full cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, providing assessments, and conducting reference checks
Develop and execute a targeted talent acquisition strategy for current and future company needs
Proactively generate a pipeline of candidates by driving employer branding initiatives
Monitor and analyze labor market and key trends in hiring
Participate in in-house onboarding and development projects
At least a few years of hands-on experience in recruiting, preferably at an international company
Excellent knowledge, both written and verbal, of Latvian, English, and Russian
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Solid understanding of recruitment for engineering and production roles
