Talent Aquisition Specialist

In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting, filling positions, and team development as well as building a long term strategy to find specialists and future leaders for Atlas Aerospace.


  • Manage full cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, providing assessments, and conducting reference checks
  • Develop and execute a targeted talent acquisition strategy for current and future company needs
  • Proactively generate a pipeline of candidates by driving employer branding initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze labor market and key trends in hiring
  • Participate in in-house onboarding and development projects ‍


  • At least a few years of hands-on experience in recruiting, preferably at an international company
  • Excellent knowledge, both written and verbal, of Latvian, English, and Russian


  • Solid understanding of recruitment for engineering and production roles
  • In-house recruiter mindset to ensure best-fit candidate hiring and retention
