We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee a variety of day-to-day warehouse activities within a fast moving environment to ensure meeting company’s targets as well as overall customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and assist in shipping process (including but not limited to) preparation of shipments and supporting documentation, checking the orders, etc.
Plan, monitor and coordinate receipt, storage, dispatch and timely delivery of goods and materials based on business requirements and plans.
Conduct physical inventory, compare results to computerised and documented information, fix inconsistencies.
Proactively analyse and solve issues related to inventory and deliveries.
Check orders, bills, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
Review and follow-up on the timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
Organise and maintain inventory as well as the storage area.
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
Maintain items database, document necessary information and reports.
Ensure maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement suggestions for warehouse productivity.
Monitor and update ISO relevant procedures.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record of 3-5 years in warehouse supervision and/or management (preferably in automotive or manufacturing industry).
Past job performance shall reflect solid working knowledge of warehouse operations, processes and management as well as initiative, decision-making and maturity.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong organisational, time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation, high levels of responsibility to work and deliver under minimal supervision.
Intermediate knowledge and literacy with Microsoft Office.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (preferably in logistics, supply chain management, business administration and related field) will be seen as an advantage.
Work experience with SAP ERP system will be seen as an advantage.
