Atlas team welcomes an Chief Operating Officer (COO) responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, scaling processes, and driving operational excellence across the organization. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing, improving and implementing operations and production plans to meet company goals.
• Oversee and optimize all operational aspects in Atlas, including supply chain (purchasing, logistics, quality, production, NPI), and company programs.
• Set KPI’s and evaluate overall performance.
• Providing all necessary reports, assisting management in goal setting and promoting company growth and anticipating and forecasting trends and patterns of the company and marketplace
• Set and track Company Budget for each department.
• Set financial plans for Cost effective procurement plan and increased revenue.
• Allocation of the company's resources, materials and equipment in the most efficient and productive way between Atlas departments.
• Drive operational strategies that support growth, efficiency, and compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is common.
• Experience: 3-5+ years as VP Operations / COO in a Tech company.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking, data interpretation, and finding solutions to operational bottlenecks.
• Communication: Clear, persuasive communication with teams, managers, and stakeholders.
• Proven Project Management Skills: Planning, monitoring, and executing production goals efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ERP systems, data analytics, manufacturing software, and quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven Financial skills: Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Proven Organizational Skills: Time management, attention to detail, and multitasking.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• MBA or certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) can boost career growth.
