Atlas team is looking for a Project Manager to help plan, run, and deliver product development projects. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, manages resources and budgets, tracks progress using KPIs and reports, and makes sure quality standards are met. The position supports the development of advanced UAVs and related systems. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning. Ensure company product projects are managed within defined project scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Create a comprehensive project schedule and set milestones.
• Lead internal and external stakeholder communication (customers, vendors, and suppliers) and ensure cross-functional alignment of plans across R&D, Production, and NPI.
• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to address project challenges, collaborating with cross-functional engineers to develop advanced UAV and related systems.
• Support and monitor progress of projects, provide status reports, presentations, other documentation.
• Budget and Resource Management. Ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Address issues, conflicts, and changes in a timely manner.
• In cooperation with Quality Assurance to ensure project outputs meet established quality and safety standards as well as regulatory requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 3+ years in Project Management in Production, Engineering.
• Education: PMP, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Project Management: experience in project management, including defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs, and effectively planning, monitoring, and executing production objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: knowledge of ERP systems, data analytics, manufacturing software, and quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Problem-Solving: analytical thinking, data interpretation, and finding solutions to operational bottlenecks.
• Communication: clear, persuasive communication with teams, managers, and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: time management, attention to detail, and multitasking.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• MBA or certifications - Six Sigma or similar.
